Home Improvement / Justine and Gordon

Justine and Gordon's adorable dog Hazel sits on the plush green carpet on the stairs of their 200 year old log cabin. I guess the previous homeowners thought grass green was earthy and rustic.

Not Justine, Gordon, and Hazel!!! The green grass was artistically replaced with vintage record covers. I was a bit surprised that Justine didn't find a way to make a "fiber" statement. Love it!!!

We call Danny the Art Car Fairy because he is always going to Unique Thrift Store purchasing different items in the themes of our Art Cars. Last year he gave me some Mc Donalds OZ figures for my Truck. Paula Cundiff scored a book about Van Gogh. You are the Best Danny!

Peggy, Robbie, Marie Day @ Art Car Parade

My aunts from PA came in town to ride in the 10th Art Car Parade sponsored by Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft. They were not prepared for the Madness of the Marching band who entertained all during and after the parade. The band was so fun that I want to form my own. Pat Brinson said she is on it. We don't play any instraments but we think we can come up with some hula hoop routines and kazoos. I know we can come up with some awesome outfits. Our goal is the Frankfort Avenue Easter Parade 2012.
